Robert J. Sullivan

Prior to joining Northland in 2003, Mr. Sullivan was the Senior Project Manager at Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. in Boston.
At Suffolk, he developed 131 Dartmouth Street in Boston, a $100 million, 357,000 square foot mixed-use project, and Windows at Princeton Forrestal in Princeton, New Jersey, a $95 million, 352,000 square foot, 192-unit independent living community.
Before joining Suffolk, he was a Project Manager with Fusco Corporation in New Haven.
Mr. Sullivan has a B.S.
from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
