Prior to Northland, Mr. George held the position of Director of Guest Services for the Atlanta Braves, where he was instrumental in reversing the Braves’ steadily declining attendance, setting attendance records in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Prior to his role with the Atlanta Braves, Mr. George was the Director of Training, Development and Organizational Effectiveness for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Under his leadership, the organization earned the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 1999.
Mr. George earned his B.A.
from Washington State University.
