Russell Investment Management LLC (RIM) is a SEC-registered mutual fund manager headquartered in Seattle, Washington. They are a holding firm of Russell Investments US Retail Holdco, Inc., ultimately owned by Russell Investments Group Ltd. The firm was founded in 1936 and was formerly known as Frank Russell Investment Co. RIM provides investment advisory services to affiliated pooled investment vehicles, pension and profit-sharing plans, government entities, insurance companies, foreign official institutions, financial intermediaries, and wrap-fee program clients of third-party financial intermediaries.
