Richard L. Holbrook

Mr. Holbrook has 33 years of senior investment management experience and is a co-founder of KBSH.
From the firm's inception in 1980, through March 2002, Mr. Holbrook was the lead manager on U.S.
equity portfolios and a prime contributor to KBSH’s Canadian equity portfolios as well.
He retired as an employee of the firm in 2002 but has been a consultant to KBSH since.
He has been successfully managing private portfolios for the past two years.
In January 2005, Mr. Holbrook returned to daily management of KBSH's U.S.
equity portfolios.
For the three years prior to 1980, Mr. Holbrook was Director, Pension Fund Investments, for Northern Telecom Ltd., with responsibility for a large pool of pension fund assets.
In the previous seven years, he held various senior portfolio management positions with Canada Trust, including Manager, U.S.
Equity Investments and Manager, Canadian Equity Investments.
Mr. Holbrook graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Economics (B.A.).
