Randolph Fenninger

Mr. Randolph Fenninger is Senior Advisor at MASA, Inc. Prior to joining MASA, Inc., Mr. Fenninger has several years of experience in healthcare regulatory and legislative issues, including experience with the leading independent regulatory agencies and public and private health plans.
His work in the legislative process began with the Congressional Research Service in 1970.
Following a period of private law practice, he joined the American Medical Association and spent 9 years in the Chicago headquarters and AMA's Washington, D.C., office.
His regulatory expertise includes reimbursement issues regarding Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance policies.
His industry expertise includes medical devices, physician specialty care, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, psychiatric care, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Mr. Fenninger holds a JD from George Washington University and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina.
