Peter C. Sayer

Mr. Sayer joined Constellation.
Previously, he was a Vice President at Bernstein Global Wealth Management.
Peter spent several years managing his family's firm, EquipSystems, prior to entering the wealth management business.
EquipSystems, a healthcare services firm, worked with 150 hospitals and healthcare systems between Boston and Washington, DC, on equipment management and asset tracking solutions.
He successfully sold EquipSystems to a private equity firm in 2005.
Mr. Sayer started his career at IBM where he graduated from its world-class Sales and Management training program in London, England with distinction.
He then became the sales leader for their NetGen business in New England focusing specifically on venture capital, private equity and start-up businesses.
An Eagle Scout, Mr. Sayer was graduated from Lehigh University and the Franklin W.
Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
He and his family live in Scarsdale, NY.
