Pavol Kristof

National Property Fund of the Slovak Republic is the fund management subsidiary of the Government of Slovakia. Headquartered in Bratislava, the firm was founded in 1991 to manage the government’s National Property Fund (NPF), whose main role is to implement approved privatization projects, conclude sales and purchase contracts in line with such projects, organize public tenders and auctions, and temporarily administer government stakes (in formal terms, those were NPF stakes) in corporatized or partially privatized business companies.
