Prior to joining Beacon Capital Partners France SAS in September 2010, Mr. Marguin was head of Asset Management & Leasing department of Hammerson France.
From 2004 to 2008, he was responsible for a 1.1 billion euro office real estate portfolio (750,000 square feet).
Prior to joining Hammerson, Mr. Marguin was Director at CBRE France (Former Insignia) from 1996 to 2004 in the Paris CBD brokerage department.
He previously held positions in the audit department of France Telecom and in the controlling department of a French State owned bank.
Mr. Marguin holds a BA from ISG Paris (French Business School).
