Natalia Orlova

Dr. Natalia Orlova is a Chief Economist at Alfa Bank JSC.
She joined Alfa-Bank's Analysis Investment Division in 1998.
in 2001, she was appointed Chief Economist of the Bank.
She is a member of the Advisory Council for monetary policy under the Chairman of the Bank of Russia.
She is an author of the monthly "Alfa-Bank's Investment Confidence Index" published on the Bank's website.
In 2007, she was recognized as the best analyst in the banking sector, and most frequently mentioned analyst in 2008 according to the ranking of "Medialogia" Prior to that, she worked at Russian Opportunity Fund.
In 2010, she was appointed to a professorship at State University - Higher School of Economics.
She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University specializing in Cybernetics, holder of master's degree from the French University of Clermont-Ferrand in macroeconomy.
Since 2008, holder Ph.D from the University EHESS (Paris-6).
