Profile

Ms. Morse has business development and strategy experience in both start-ups and large enterprises.
She re-joined Cargill Ventures after co-founding a logistics start-up in Portland, Oregon, and working as Vice President of Business Development for digital rights management solutions' provider, Portland Software.
During her first tenure at Cargill, she worked in the Strategy & Business Development Group, following a year as a grain merchant.
Prior to joining Cargill, she worked as a financial analyst at Alex Brown & Sons and as an investment associate for the World Bank.
She serves on the Board of Directors for MarkMonitor and Renessen, oversees Cargill Ventures' investment in Dust Networks and Cardonet, and led the investment in Demantra (acq.
by ORCL).
Ms. Morse holds a B.A.
in International Relations and an M.A.
in Development Economics from Stanford University, and an M.B.A.
from Harvard.
