Michael Rolf

Mr. Michael Rolf joined the Heliad-team in October 2008 following a three-year period at PriceWaterhouseCoopers within the transaction services department.
As a Manager he was responsible for buyside and sellside financial due diligences for strategic and financial investors.
After his study “international business administration” in Wiesbaden he started his career in 2002 within the audit department for midsize companies at BDO where he also was involved in several financial due diligences and the preparation of consolidated group financial statements according to IFRS.
He is a qualified German and American CPA and is co-author of several handbooks covering themes like appraisal of companies and financial ratios.
He is fluent in German, English and possesses good conversational Italian language skills.
