Michael Modab

Mr. Michael Modab is President at Modab Venture Group, Inc. He started his first Venture in 2000, with the opening of his first Successful Quizno's franchise, leading to the expansion of several more successful stores before selling them in 2004 to a private investment group.
He has provided consulting services to a number of restaurant start ups and turn around endeavors.
Mr. Modab has expertise in restaurant operations, accounting systems, POS systems, costs, inventory control, quality control, employee retention, management, and leadership.
He is currently working on Modab Venture Group’s new fast casual dining concept that he has co-created, with plans of launching their first location by the end of 2010.

He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
