Mr. Matt Harkins is a Principal at Spinnaker Partners LLC.
In addition to that, Mr. Harkins is currently President of Benchmark Realty Group, Inc., a Boston based Real Estate Development Company.
His experience spans several years in the real estate industry, with expertise in acquisition, development, and property management.
Over the last 5 years, he has been involved in the identification and development of acquisitions totaling $8.5 million, while simultaneously operating a sizeable property management business.
He has successfully identified undervalued properties with significant appeal to various segments of the residential homebuyer market and developed these properties at wholesale cost.
His proven and tested knowledge of the construction process and award winning designs enable him to build visually stimulating residences of the highest quality, at below market cost.
Mr. Harkins earned a BA from Ithaca University in New York.
He is both a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent and construction supervisor and is an Associate Member of the Boston chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management.
