Armstrong is a Fixed Income Strategist at BLB&B Advisors LLC.
As the Fixed Income Strategist for BLBB Advisors, he works in conjunction with BLBB’s financial advisors to understand a client's fixed-income needs and risk tolerance in order to develop, implement, and manage a diversified fixed-income strategy that is custom-tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals while also monitoring fixed income portfolios for credit risk.
In addition, he will serve on the firm’s Investment and Trading Committee.
Prior to joining BLBB Advisors, he served as Vice President of Municipal Trading for Legg Mason, UBS Paine Webber, and Commerce Capital Markets and managed corporate fixed income portfolios for Wells Fargo, PNC and Citizens Bank.
He is a former Vice President of the Municipal Bond Club where he taught bond school for many years as head of its Education Committee.
He attended Pennsylvania State University and is very active in the South Jersey Lifesaving Community.
