Mr. Levy is a seasoned Internet technologist with extensive involvement in both national and international IP networking.
Over the last ten plus years, he has built a regional ISP offering in California; worked with Telecom Italia in Europe & Latin America on peering and interconnection issues; and served as VP of Engineering at XO Communications (Concentris Networks).
He sits on various technology companies advisory boards in Silicon Valley.
Originally from the UK and having lived in the US for 26 years, Mr. Levy has a BS degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England in computing and cybernetics.
