Mark Stern

Mr. Mark Stern is Senior Vice President at Waterton Associates LLC.
Prior to joining Waterton Associates in 2002, Mr. Stern served as Manager of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Moran and Company, where he was responsible for the Midwest and Denver regions.
Before that, he was Vice President of Acquisitions for TVO Realty Partners.
During his five year tenure at TVO, the company purchased 12,000 units with a capitalization of approximately $1 billion.
He is currently sits on the ULI Multi-family Silver Council.
Mr. Stern received his Bachelor Degree in Political Economy at The Colorado College.
