Mr. Mark Allen is Managing Partner at Agile Capital Partners LLC.
He serves on the board of directors across multiple companies in ACP portfolio.
Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Allen was the president of Waller Capital Group, an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
He has extensive operating experience and is actively involved in leading continuous improvement efforts across the ACP portfolio.
He has extensive experience in all phases of transaction, including M&A.
