The Connection, Inc. is a non-profit human service and community development agency, which offers behavioral health, family support, and community justice programs. It provides services to clients and communities, including counseling, evaluations, community service work, food, housing, care, guidance, supervision, and monitoring. The Connection also offers leadership and management services including planning, program and fund development, accounting, audits, legal and personnel support, board support, and community relations. The organization was founded by Katchen Coley and Nancy Flanner in 1972 and is headquartered in Middletown, CT.
