Lydia Xu

Prior to joining 3i in 2008, Ms. Xu worked at Jefferies & Company in the Global Industrials Group on domestic and international transactions.
While in the group, she worked closely with the private equity sponsor of a steel manufacturer in completing the initial public offering, high yield offering and eventual sale of the business.
Prior to joining the Industrials Group, she worked in the Consumer and Healthcare sectors on various private placement, debt financing and M&A transactions.
Ms. Xu graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S.
in Commerce and concentrations in Finance and Management.
