Louis-David Magnien

Mr. Louis-David Magnien is Chief Executive Officer at Silvaris Capital Management LLP.
Mr. Magnien has been with Silvaris Capital Management since inception and is in full charge of all non-investment business.
Prior to Silvaris, he was Head of Strategy and Coverage Management for the Investment Banking Department EMEA at Credit Suisse until September 2012.
Previous to this, he was a Financial Institutions Banker since 1994 at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and, since 2003, Credit Suisse.
he was in charge of advising European financial institutions on M&A, financing and capital management, with a focus on France and the Benelux.
He graduated in business and taxation from HEC in Paris in 1992 and holds a DESS (MAS) in International Taxation from the Université de Paris XI.
