The firm is a subsidiary of BNY Mellon Asset Management North America Corp. and their ultimate parent is the Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (NYSE: BK). They provide discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to institutional investors in the form of separate accounts, registered mutual funds, private funds that are exempt from registration in the US, wrap programs, UMA programs and to other investment advisors through sub-advisory agreements.
