Prior to joining Amalgamated, Mr. Adolf was a managing director and founder of Emigrant Capital, a private equity fund backed by Emigrant Bancorp in New York, where he was responsible for analyzing, selecting and managing a portfolio of private equity investments.
He has served as president of the Northeast Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NERASBIC) and on the board of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC).
Mr. Adolf holds the CFA charter, and received an MBA in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College and a BA in Rhetoric and Communication from University at Albany.
