AREA Property Partners LP is a real estate fund manager headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in April 1993 by William Mack and Apollo Global Management LLC as Apollo Real Estate Advisors. In July 2013, the firm was acquired by global alternative asset manager, Ares Management LLC. In December 2013, AREA Management Holdings LLC became known as Ares Real Estate Holdings LLC.
