At Gaja Capital she focusses on investor relations, deal execution, portfolio management and supports the team across different elements of the fund lifecycle.
Prior to Gaja Capital, Komal was a Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, insurance, pharmaceutical and retail over a span of 3 years.
She started her career as an articled clerk with Wadia Ghandy & Associates.
Komal holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai.
