Before joining Headwaters in March 2008, Ms. LaRoss worked with Banc of America Securities, first as an assistant in the Financial Institutions Group, followed by two years in Campus Recruiting.
Additionally, she served on the board of the bank’s volunteer program as a project leader for scavenger hunts at museums throughout the city.
Ms. LaRoss received her BA from Temple University and her MFA from the University Missouri-Kansas City, both with a concentration in theatre.
