Prior to becoming President of HSC, Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Corporate Finance Division at Hibernia.
This team is responsible for providing financial advisory and financial risk management services to Hibernia's corporate customers.
Mr. Williams came to Hibernia with broad-based experience in Corporate Finance and the implementation of derivatives-linked hedging, funding and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Hibernia, Mr. Williams was the Director of Investor Sales in BankBoston's Global Capital Markets Division, where he was responsible for structuring and selling synthetic bonds and bank loans for BankBoston's institutional customers.
Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from the Boston University School of Management and an MBA in Multinational Enterprise and Finance from The Wharton School.
