Jordan Urstadt

Mr. Jordan Urstadt is a Director and the General Counsel of Capital Dynamics.
Prior to joining us, he was the head of Legal & Compliance at LGT Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the legal aspects of their hedge fund and private equity businesses and established their compliance program.
Before that, he worked as an associate at White & Case LLP, where he specialized in M&A and securities law.
He holds a Juris Doctor in Law from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Dartmouth College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
