Jon Van Tuin

Presently, Jon Van Tuin is Managing Director at P4G Capital Management LLC.
Mr. Jon Van Tuin is a Managing Director of P4G where he leads P4G’s business development efforts, including the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities for the firm.
Mr. Van Tuin has extensive experience and a successful track record of investing in middle-market companies, having completed over 35 control-oriented equity transactions during the course of his 27-year career in private equity.
Jon’s experience spans all aspects of the investment life cycle, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring and portfolio company management.
Prior to joining P4G Capital, Mr. Van Tuin worked at Clearview Capital where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investments opportunities.
Jon’s broad private equity experience also includes roles at Trivest Partners, Bradford Equities Management, and River Capital.
In addition, Mr. Van Tuin began his career in leverage finance and investment banking at GE Capital, Heller Financial, and KPMG Corporate Finance.
Mr. Van Tuin earned an M.B.A.
from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA and a B.S.
from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
