This enables their service to cross borders as they support their clients with transactions across Europe, USA and Africa. Through the Alliance they use their expertise to advise on international mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring. Pall Mall Capital is led by John Cutts and Jacques Rouayroux who recapitalized the company in 2001 together with George Loudon as their non-Executive Chairman.
