He holds a BA in Business Administration from Loras College and earned designations as a Qualified Plan Administrator and Certified Pension Consultant from the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter.
He has attended and completed several seminars and workshops from the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
Mr. Schissel serves on several not-for-profit boards.
