Jerry Pucillo

Prior to joining the New Boston Fund, Mr. Pucillo was President of Centergreen LLC, a sustainable development and strategic consulting firm.
As a private consultant, Mr. Pucillo has provided strategic consulting for both private and institutional clients seeking to maximize the value of their real estate assets.
Mr. Pucillo previously held the positions of CEO of Keen Development Corporation, where he was responsible day to day operations as well as senior project oversight for several development projects, Senior Vice President of the RISE group, Senior Vice President of the Program Management group for the Bovis Lend Lease Construction Company, and Director of Housing Development for the Archdiocese of Boston.
Mr. Pucillo is a Harvard University Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Design.
He received a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from St. John's Seminary College and a Masters in Theological Ethics from Boston College.
