Jared D. Satterfield

Mr. Satterfield has experience in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital in 2007, he was a senior analyst for Edgeview Partners, a boutique M&A investment bank based in Charlotte, NC.
He was a founding member of the firm’s Building Products and Construction Industry Group and had additional industry experience in business services, distribution, and logistics and transportation, in both buy-side and sell-side advisory roles.
Prior to this, Mr. Satterfield served as an Equity Research Summer Associate at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York, where he focused on the metals & mining, engineering & construction, and building materials industries.
Mr. Satterfield graduated with a B.S.
in finance from Wake Forest University.
