Jack Deary

Prior to joining Beacon Capital Partners, Mr. Deary worked with the Beacon Capital Partners Management Company as Executive Vice President responsible for managing the 3 million sq.
ft.
John Hancock office complex and as a consultant with Beacon Capital Partners during the development of Technology Square, a 1.2 million sq.
ft.
development.
Mr. Deary has years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and has worked both in the U.S.
and internationally with owners of commercial office buildings, major industrial plants, research facilities and residential buildings.
His experience includes years as a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and as an independent consultant advising clients undertaking major capital investment programs.
He also worked in London for 10 years as an Executive Director with the Latsis Group, an international real estate and banking group based in Geneva, where he had responsibility for managing property development and major capital improvement projects for a portfolio of properties in England.
Mr. Deary has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
