LGT Bank Österreich AG is the Austrian private banking subsidiary of the Princely Family’s LGT Group Foundation in Liechtenstein. The firm was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Vienna with additional office in Salzburg. LGT Bank Österreich develops and implements individual private banking solutions for wealthy private individuals, private foundations and institutional clients in Austria as well as in Eastern and Central Europe. Based in Vienna, Constantia Privatbank was bailed out in 2008 by several leading Austrian banks including the central bank and was transitionally renamed Aviso following a carve-out of the asset management and private banking activities, and the acquisition of a significant minority interest by a group of industrialists. Aviso provides asset management and private banking services to high-net worth individuals, corporate clients, foundations and trusts. They also provide services to third-party fund managers. They offer elective lending services, but have largely discontinued real estate and mortgage-related activities.

RINGTURM Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (RINGTURM) is the fund management subsidiary of Erste Asset Management GmbH,, itself a subsidiary of Erste Group Bank AG (VSE: EBS; ADR: IBKDY) in Austria. Established in 1988, the Erste Group Bank AG (VN: EBS) majority-acquired the firm in 2009. RINGTURM is based in Vienna and manages mutual funds, pension funds and funds of funds on behalf of their parent company.

Semper Constantia Asset Management GmbH is a company based in Vienna, Austria. The Austrian company was founded in 2011.
