Howard Bolter

Howard Bolter is Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of LATV Networks LLC.
Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Media for Wobo Media.
Prior to joining Wobo Media, he was Senior Vice President of Network and Production Operations for E! Networks overseeing E! Entertainment Television, style Network and E! International.
Mr. Mr. Bolter was Head of Production, Operations, and Engineering for Hubbard Media Group LLC.
Previously, he was Executive in Charge of Production for the MOVIEWATCH.
He joined the MetroTape division of Metromedia Corp.
as Director of Operations in 1982.
Mr. Bolter was Executive in Charge of Production for Fox Broadcasting Co. in 1988.
He joined Castle Rock Entertainment, Inc. in 1989.
He began his career as a Lighting Director and Stage Manager for Golden West Videotape.
Mr. Bolter received an MFA in Theatre Arts from the University of Southern California and a BA degree from California State University, Fresno.
