Prior to joining SVB Capital in 2005, Mr. Chung was vice president at Newforth Partners in San Francisco, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions and the raising of private equity for high technology companies.
He has also been a successful entrepreneur as a co-founder of Imagicians Interactive, a Boston-based interactive agency, where he was responsible for operations, finance and business development.
Before starting Imagicians Interactive, he worked as a strategic management consultant to venture-backed technology and life science companies at Fletcher Spaght in Boston.
Mr. Chung holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
