Mr. Ha Xuan Tran is Vice Minister-Finance at State Capital Investment Corp.
He is on the Board of Directors at State Capital Investment Corp.
He directs the State management on corporate finance and pricing management.
He is directly in charge of Department of Price Management, Corporate Finance and enterprises under MOF.
He is also responsible for supervising and directing the budgetary-finance works of the Northern mountainous provinces.
