Hermes BPK Ltd. (HBPK) is the wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary of Hermes Fund Managers Ltd., ultimately owned by BT Group Plc (NYSE: BT) in Great Britain. The firm was formed in 2008 as a partnership between Hermes Fund Managers and Matteo Dante Perruccio, Mark Barker and Gregory Knott. They changed their name to Hermes BPK Ltd. in 2013. Located in London, the firm focuses on providing investment and advisory solutions to the BT Pension Scheme and other institutional clients. The Hermes BPK Fund is their flagship multi-strategy fund.

(UK), (PAI-UK), is the London-based operating division of Pioneer Alternative Investment Management (PAI) in Dublin, the alternative asset management arm of UniCredit SpA (MI: UCG) in Italy. PAI has research and investment centres in Dublin, New York, London, Geneva and Milan.
