Mr. Gerald Mars, CPA, is a Managing Director at Euro Pacific Capital, Inc. He began his professional career with Martin Werbelow, LLP, a public accounting firm in Pasadena, CA.
He has spent the last few years providing investment banking services for small cap and middle market companies.
During that time, he has played an instrumental role in numerous corporate finance and advisory transactions such as initial public offerings, private placements of equity and debt, buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, fairness opinions and business valuations.
He has worked for such firms as Barrington Associates, a division of Wells Fargo Securities, Global Hunter Securities and Roth Capital Partners.
Mr. Mars graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
