Mr. Lynch began his investment career at Merrill Lynch in 1980 in their Capital Markets Credit group.
In 1987, he joined Bankers Trust Company as a senior member and founder of the firm's Global Markets - Financial Institutions Group.
Prior to joining Invesco in August 2001, he was most recently responsible for covering the energy, power, chemicals and metals industries at Indosuez Capital.
He has also worked for Salomon Brothers, CIBC World Markets Corp.
and UBS Warburg LLC in the capacity of a senior high yield analyst at each firm.
He earned a B.S.
in Accounting and Economics from Providence College in 1978 and a M.B.A.
from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University in 1980 with a concentration in Strategy and Finance.
