Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV (DLAM) is the independent asset management subsidiary of Delta Lloyd NV (XA: DL, ADR: DLLLY) in The Netherlands. Founded in 1807 as Hollandsche Societeit van Levensverzekeringen, one of the first life insurance companies in Europe, the firm became Delta in 1967 and Delta Lloyd in 1969 when Delta and Nedlloyd merged. Located in Amsterdam, DLAM is a socially responsible firm which manages Delta Lloyd's insurance company investments and the OHRA and Delta Lloyd range of funds for institutional and private investors.

Fortis Investment Management (Netherlands) NV (FIM-N) is the Dutch branch and a subsidiary of Fortis Investment Management SA (Belgium) which is a subsidiary of Fortis Bank SA/NV, in turn majority-owned by the French group BNP Paribas (XP: BNP). The Belgian headquarters and their subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the US are known under the commercial name Fortis Investments. Fortis Investments manages a broad range of investment products across all major asset classes and markets.The group is organized as a worldwide network of competence centers, each specialized in an asset class or geographical region. FIM-N manages a range of global, regional and domestic investment strategies. The firm specializes in asset allocation and balanced funds, in multi-management and in real estate investments. They manage a range of funds quoted on the Dutch stock exchange, and distributed domestically through the Fortis group as well as through third-parties. They also manage discretionary accounts. The firm's clients are institutions and high-net worth individuals, as well as wholesalers and retail investors.
