Eileen A. Swenson

Prior to joining Northland, Ms. Swenson held the position of President of Tarragon Management, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarragon Corporation.
She joined Northland in September of 2000.
Ms. Swenson has managed over two billion dollars in real estate in her 26-year career, and founded two real estate ventures, Pace Property Management and Accord Ventures, Inc. She served as the President for Accord Ventures from August 1994 until January 2001.
Ms. Swenson received her BS, magna cum laude, from Central Connecticut State University.
A certified property manager (CPM), Eileen is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and former Vice President and Executive Board member of the Connecticut Chapter.
Eileen is also a member of the Connecticut Real Estate Exchange, and has taught property management classes for the Connecticut Board of Realtors and local community colleges.
