Edward Shaoul

Mr. Shaoul has investment banking experience, advising clients primarily in the media and communications industries.
Before joining Headwaters, Mr. Shaoul spent five years at Allen & Company, most recently as a Vice President, and was an Associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group.
He has executed strategic, financing and principal investing transactions representing over $20 billion in value, including divestitures, mergers, recapitalizations, acquisitions, public and private financings, and private equity investing.
Prior to his years in investment banking, Mr. Shaoul worked at MediaOne Group (subsequently acquired by AT&T, and now part of Comcast) in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance.
Mr. Shaoul graduated from Tufts University, attended Harvard Law School as a candidate for a J.D., and received an M.B.A.
from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
