Mr. Edward J.
Kerzner, CPA, is a Director-Accounting & Tax at Amstar Group Ltd.
Prior to joining Amstar in 1995, he was Tax Director for Capital Associates in Lakewood Colorado, where he was responsible for all tax aspects of leasing/finance, compliance, research and planning.
Before that, he was Vice President of Taxes for Columbia Savings & Loan Association and Senior Tax Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Kerzner is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kerzner is a cum laude graduate of St. John’s University in New York, where he also earned his Master’s Degree in Public Accounting, with emphasis in Tax.
