Dwight A. Eyrick

Mr. Eyrick is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the TQA Event Arbitrage Fund.
Prior to joining TQA in February 0f 2005, He was Managing Partner of West Broadway Partners, Inc., a New York based hedge fund.
At West Broadway, Mr. Eyrick oversaw daily research, trading and risk management of West Broadway’s Merger Arbitrage, Event Driven and Convertible Arbitrage portfolios.
Prior to joining West Broadway in January 1998, he was a Senior Vice President at Yamaichi International (America), Inc. where he managed the Equity Derivatives/Arbitrage department from August 1993 through December 1997.
Before joining Yamaichi, he worked as an equity research and information services analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Eyrick is a graduate of Williams College with a joint degree in Political Science and Economics.
Mr. Eyrick is licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers as a Series 24 General Securities Principal, Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal, Series 4 Registered Options Principal, Series 55 Equity Trader, Series 3 Commodities Futures Merchant, Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent.
