Dominic S. Chu
Profile
Prior to joining Seascape Capital Management in September 2008, Mr. Chu was on the portfolio management team at Novato, California based Hennessy Funds.
While at Hennessy, he helped handle the daily portfolio and risk management for their family of 6, no-load mutual funds totaling over $1 billion in assets under management.
Mr. Chu also contributed to the maintenance of the firm's current collection of quantitative equity selection models, as well as helped in the development of new strategies.
Prior to that, he held a number of positions within UBS Investment Bank and its legacy organizations in Stamford, Connecticut.
While at UBS, Mr. Chu worked in various groups including Treasury Management, Fixed Income Derivatives and Currencies/Rates.
Mr. Chu received a BSc from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
He is a member of the Cornell Alumni Association Network where he assists in recruiting and interviewing undergraduate applicants.
