Diane L. Dickson

Prior to joining PRP, Ms. Dickson spent 14 years at ASB Capital Management, where she was responsible, in addition to other duties, for the accounting and reporting of an open-ended, Taft-Hartley real estate fund.
During her tenure, the fund grew from $100 million to $750 million, with almost 50 properties under management.
Ms. Dickson is a Certified Public Accountant, and spent five years in public accounting, beginning with a Big Four firm.
She also worked in syndicated real estate, commercial property management, and homebuilding before joining ASB, concentrating in investment management.
Ms. Dickson holds a B.S.
in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, from Virginia Tech.
