The Group's principal activity is to accept deposits and offers a wide range of lending services. The Group's deposit activities including checking, regular savings, money market deposits, term certificate accounts and individual retirement accounts. The Group's lending activities involves the origination or purchase of mortgage loans secured by one-to-four family residential properties, loans secured by multifamily and non-residential real estate, loans to consumers and loans and lines of credit to business entities. The Group also provides traditional banking products and services through accepting deposits and offering mortgage, consumer and commercial loans. The Group conducts operations through its main office in Sioux City, 14 full-service offices in northwest Iowa and five full-service offices in Sioux City, one in Le Mars, and one in Onawa.
