He joined Potomac in 1999 and has 19 years of investment management experience.
Before joining Potomac, Clark served as a Vice President and portfolio manager at Pell Rudman Trust Company.
Clark also served as a global private banker at the Royal Bank of Canada and senior investment officer at Sandy Springs National Bank of Maryland.
Clark is an active member in a number of industry and community organizations including the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, Washington Society of Investment Analysts, and is the current President of the Olney (Maryland) Lions.
He is also a former Treasurer and Director of the Manna Food Bank in Rockville, Maryland and a former director of the Downtown Jaycees D.C.
Clark is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a BBA in Finance and Economics.
