Chen Tang

Prior to joining Tallwood, Mr. Tang served as Chief Financial Officer at Prospect Venture Partners, a life sciences venture capital firm, for seven years.
During his tenure at Prospect, Mr. Tang was responsible for the finance, reporting, tax, and fund administration functions and also assisted the firm in raising over $1 billion.
Previously, Mr. Tang held positions as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Convergence Partners, an early stage internet venture capital firm, and co-founded Onsight Associates, a financial advisory firm providing financial reporting and fund administrative support to venture capital firms and hedge funds in the Bay Area.
Mr. Tang started his career at the Venture Capital/Private Equity Practice at Coopers & Lybrand, San Jose.
Mr. Tang holds a B.S.
degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley.
